Embodiment Coach
Embodiment coaching is about getting back into your body instead of just living in your head. Krysta works with movement, breath, and mindfulness to help you actually feel what's going on inside, so you can process emotions, calm your nervous system, and make choices that feel right. It's less about fixing yourself and more about learning to trust what your body already knows.
Functional Movement
Functional movement is about helping your body move the way it's supposed to. Krysta looks at how you're moving now, finds where things are stuck or imbalanced, and teaches you exercises that actually help. Whether you want to stop hurting, get stronger, or just move through life more easily, she'll figure out what your body needs and how to get you there.
Massage Therapist
Krysta is a licensed massage therapist who works with both the physical and energetic layers of the body. Depending on what you need, she uses techniques like NeoLifting facial massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, prenatal work, or traditional therapeutic massage. Every session is different because every body is different. She meets you where you are and helps your body do what it's already trying to do: relax, release, and heal.
Meet Krysta
Krysta started this work after becoming a yoga teacher in 2016, which opened the door to learning about meditation, herbalism, birth support, breathwork, and sound healing. In 2019, she got her massage therapy license and trained in specialties like NeoLifting facials, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, and energy work. She's always learning new things because bodies are endlessly fascinating, and because the more she knows, the better she can help you find what works for you.
